Nice People or Ugly People
Would you rather have a conversation with a total stranger in an airport, who was fat and ugly, or muscular and gorgeous? Just a simple question, but one that may provoke anger or argument. But it does bring up one interesting point. People are born ugly or good-looking. So a good-looking person may go their whole life with people being very nice to them, holding doors open for them, talking to them randomly in public places, while a horrifically ugly person will not experience the same joys. Therefore those people may have a totally different outlook on life and people.
A hot girl may get more Valentine's Day Presents than a girl who looks simply awful. Not an opinion, just a statement of possibility. Or a really handsome man might have people buy him spy gadgets, because he sub-consciously reminds them of James Bond.
However, it does seem that there are less handsome men than there are hot women. If you walk around Paris, London, or Rome, then both men and women will feel that there are plenty of beautiful other women around, who could be models. But they might think that most of the men are either over-weight, or boring, or lacking the certain key factor that makes people desirable.
21st birthday gifts will also change depending on what kind of person receives them. Maybe if someone is truly generous, they will buy someone a car for their birthday, no matter if they are good-looking or not, just a nice person. So remember to always be nice.
