A delicate flower blooms inside the tea ball just before tiny flowers slowly cascade upward like Champagne bubbles inside a glass flute. The flowers add their intoxicating fragrance and strong taste to our delectably smooth green tea. Our Blooming Tea Ball offers one of the most artful spectacles in tea.

Tea Needs Blooming Tea has an original shape of a tiny ball and when put in boiling water a bouquet of tea leaves and flower aromas of elegance are very apparent and these exceptional teas develop a wonderful flavor and create at the same time a beautiful "table decoration".

After they are dropped into a glass of hot water, the Blooming Tea Ball unveils a broad flower followed by the sudden eruption of a flower plume, which is an actually flowers sewn together. The golden liquor yields a full-bodied flavor intensified by the large healthy bloom. Let the blooming tea brew for at least 5 minutes, a longer brewing time will not spoil the tea, on the contrary, the flavor will become more improved. One blooming tea ball can be used twice with approximately the same amount of water each time.

Blooming teas are also known as artistic teas, flowering teas, blooming flower tea or art tea. They are made by artisans in the Fujian Province of China. The Blooming teas are made from the finest full length AAA grade green or white tea leaves, finely cut and hand sewn with all natural flowers. The tea is blended at least 3 or 4 times with the freshest bloomed jasmine flowers to produce the beautiful aroma. Then, they are hand-tied with silver needle (a kind of white tea) or long green tea leaves and dried around a flower center that "blooms" - just put one at the bottom of a pot, then add hot water and enjoy the show.

For the American palate, sweetening may be required.  We recommend all natural Stevia, not refined sugar for sweetening purposes.  However, the best way to enjoy blooming flower tea is to simply drink it as it is with your blooming flower tea set.  The natural flavor of the tea and flowers is sweet and deserves time for your taste buds to adjust to the all-natural fragrance.
