Getting a Gift Just Right
Many couples argue with each other. Sometimes they argue over so called big things, and if they have large agreements on key points in life, such as whether there is a God, or other religious matters, they may divorce. But sometimes even if they argue over petty things, such as whether the tap is fully turned off, or what they should see at the cinema, they can still break-up.
Other couples can also have arguments but quickly get over it. There is no steadfast rule why this is the case. Maybe both of those people are really, really good-looking, so even if they had a disagreement, they can still look at each other and quickly re-focus their minds back on the pleasurable physical attributes of their partner.
Gifts for girls can also sometimes cease an argument. Some perfume and flowers, though they may sound tacky, do often work, simply because they show that one person is sorry.
Christmas presents such as these may not be a good idea though. The girl may think that the man was completely unimaginative. Even if that is true, it's still unfair. A man, in theory, does not have a specific role to go out of this way to simply impress a girl with his imagination. He may be a busy man who has really important things to do. A girl should not think that she is some kind of queen that needs formal courting, and if she wants a man's money then she is another kind of woman altogether, no matter how lovable and credible she thinks she is.
Secret santa gifts can also cause tension. Imagine if you bought a colleague a t-shirt that said ‘I am a big fat idiot who talks rubbish'. They would probably not like it.
